💢我們經常希望客人睇樓後盡快岀價,大家可能會以為我們太心急了。但其實英國樓市競爭本身就係十分激烈,一個開價吸引的物業經常吸引大量有興趣的買家。

💢尤其是我們精挑細選後,再推介給客人的物業,有些更要快速搶佔參觀睇樓的名額,一般當地代理只會安排一兩日睇樓,名額一般只有10個至20幾個不等。 其實我們都明白,因為就算帶100個客人睇樓都無太大意思,最終只係賣一間屋,而且睇得多又不代表一定會賣得高,一般最有需要買樓的買家係每日都更新樓市放盤的。
